Proven Investments Limited (PROVEN) has advised that the Board of Directors of the Company will convene a Board meeting on November 8, 2019. At this meeting, an interim dividend payment to ordinary shareholders of the Company will be considered.

PROVEN has also disclosed that its Offer for the sale of 68,627,460 ordinary shares in Access Financial Services Limited was fully subscribed. The Offer closed early and was completed at approximately 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 27, 2019. PROVEN has further advised that resulting from the sale, PROVEN will recognize an exceptional gain in excess of Twenty Million US Dollars (USD$20M).
