Proven Investments Limited (PROVEN) noted that Proven Wealth, the lead broker of PROVEN, has advised that the closing date for the Additional Public Offering (APO) of new ordinary shares was on June 5, 2020 in accordance with the terms of the Prospectus. Proven Wealth has further advised that, consequent on PROVEN’s suspension of acceptance of applications for shares in the APO with effect from March 13, 2020 and its resulting rejection of all applications tendered, no new ordinary shares were allotted by PROVEN resulting from the APO
