Proven Investments Limited (PROVEN) advised that the early redemption of the PROVEN 8.25% Cumulative Redeemable Preference shares was approved at a Board of Directors’ meeting held on May 25, 2018. Redemption of the PROVEN 8.25% Preference shares will take place on the next interest payment date of June 15, 2018.
