Special Advisory: Pulse Investments Limited (PULS)

Pulse Investments Limited (PULS) has advised that at a meeting of its Board of Directors scheduled to be held on January 14, 2020, the Board will consider the payment of a dividend of two cents ($0.02) per share to the members of the Company.

PULS has also advised that the following resolutions will be considered and, if thought fit, passed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at Villa Ronai, Old Stony Hill Road:

  1. That the authorized share capital of PULS be increased from 1,950,000,000 (one billion, nine hundred and fifty million) shares of no par value, to 7,500,000,000 (seven billion, five hundred million) shares of no par value, by the creation of an additional 5,550,000,000 (five billion, five hundred and fifty million) shares.
  2. That the Directors of the Company be authorized to determine the terms and conditions on which shares may be issued.

PULS has further advised that a Director sold 3,799,678 PULS shares and that another Director purchased 3,799,678 PULS shares. These transactions were conducted during the period December 24 to 31, 2019.
