QWI Investments Limited (QWI) has advised that Evan Thwaites was appointed as a member of QWI’s Audit Committee on April 1, 2022. QWI has also advised that on April 1, 2022, Cameron Burnet demitted office as a member of QWI’s Audit Committee.
QWI has further advised that the current members of the Audit Committee are Carl Carby, Malcolm McDonald, Evan Thwaites and David Stephens.
