QWI Investments Limited (QWI) has advised that Carl Carby has resigned as a Director of the Company and as Chairman of the Company’s Audit Committee effective July 20, 2022. Mr. Carby has advised that his resignation is not a result of any disagreement in respect of accounting principles and practices, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting on the Audit Committee or his ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board.
