Radio Jamaica Limited (RJR) has advised that Mr. Carl Domville, upon retiring from office at the end of the company’s 75^th Annual General Meeting last Thursday, September 21, 2023, did not seek re-election to the Board. RJR has further advised that earlier in the week, Mr. Domville also demitted office as Chairman of the company’s Finance Compliance and Audit Committee and on Monday he demitted office as Chairman of The Gleaner Company (Media) Limited, GCML.

The Finance Compliance and Audit Committee will now be chaired by Mr. Peter Melhado, while the Board of GCML will be chaired by its long-time director, Mr. Joseph Matalon, who also serves as the Chairman of the parent company’s Board.
