Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited (SJ) has advised that the Financial Services Commission (FSC) has advised of its non-objection to the acquisition of the shares in Advantage General Insurance Company Limited by Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited (as to 60%), Fundy Bay Equity Holdings Limited (34%) and Resource in Motion Limited (6%). SJ has also advised that the Company expects to complete the transaction in the coming weeks, once all other relevant conditions for closing have been satisfied.
