Further to its April 1, 2022 news release, Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited (SJ) has advised that the Company is not in a position to disclose the cost of the acquisition of Alliance Financial Services
Limited (AFSL), given the presence of certain time-bound conditional terms within the contract with the sellers of AFSL which over time may impact the final closing price of the transaction.
