Salada Foods Jamaica Limited (SALF) advised that on February 19, 2021 its Board of Directors proposed and approved an amendment to the following resolution that it considered and approved at a Board meeting held on January 21, 2021:
“THAT the maximum number of shares that the Company is entitled to issue be increased from 500,000,000 shares of no par value to 1,500,000,000 shares by the creation of an additional 1,000,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value each ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares or stock units in the capital of the Company.
To be amended to read as follows:
“THAT the maximum number of shares that the Company is entitled to issue be increased from 500,000,000 shares of no par value to an unlimited number of ordinary shares, such shares to rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue”
