Seprod Limited (SEP) has advised that Mr. Peter J. Thwaites retires from the board of Seprod Limited and its subsidiaries with effect from December 31, 2021, after approximately 30 years of service. The Seprod Group thanks Mr. Thwaites for his invaluable contribution and wish him all the very best in the future. SEP has also advised that as of January 1, 2022, Mrs. Melanie Subratie will be the Chairperson of the Superannuation Committee, replacing Mr. Thwaites.
Additionally, as of 1 January 2022, Mr. Byron Thompson will be the Chairperson of the Audit Committee, replacing Mrs. Melanie Subratie. Mrs. Subratie remains a member of the Audit Committee.
