SSL Venture Capital Jamaica Limited (SSLVC) has advised that further to its release dated, June 12, 2019, the Company has finalized the transaction with Alpha Imaging Limited for a minority stake. The transaction was finalized with an official signing on July 26, 2019 for “an associate stake of 20.0%” in Alpha Imaging Limited. SSLVC has also advised that the Company is no longer pursuing Radiant Energy as previously stated in its June 12, 2019 release.
