Special Advisory: Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL)

Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL) has announced the appointment of businessman, Solomon Sharpe, as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors of its wholly owned subsidiary, Supreme Ventures Racing & Entertainment Limited. As a non-Executive Chairman, Mr. Sharpe replaces Executive Chairman, Michael Bernard, whose tenure came to an end on December 31, 2018.

SVL has also advised that three connected parties purchased a total of 1,255,333 SVL shares during the period December 27 to 28, 2018.
