Sygnus Credit Investments Limited (SCI, SCIJMD, SCIUSD) has advised that the Board of Directors of the Company on May 12, 2023, approved the buyback of up to US$9 million of SCI’s JMD and USD ordinary shares via Open Market Repurchase (OMR) spanning a period of three (3) years ending June 2026. The buyback is as prescribed by the Articles of Association of the Company.
