Victoria Mutual Investments Limited (VMIL) has advised of the acquisition of a 30% stake in Barbados-based FinTech company, Carilend Caribbean Holdings Limited. VMIL has further advised that Carilend is the first of its kind in the region, providing fully integrated end-to-end online lending experience via its state-of-the-art electronic exchange platform.
