Special Advisory: Victoria Mutual Investments Limited (VMIL) Raises J$1B

Victoria Mutual Investments Limited (VMIL) has advised that VMIL recently raised J$1B by way of an exempt distribution arranged by Victoria Mutual Wealth Management Limited and that the terms of the bond include a fixed rate of .75% for two years, variable thereafter with a total tenure of five (5) years. The offer was closed on March 29, 2018.
