Wigton Windfarm Limited (WIG) has advised that Mr. Oliver W. Holmes, Chairman of its Board of Directors, will retire effective January 11, 2024, having served his last appointed term of two (2) years. WIG has also advised that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on November 15, 2023, elected Dennis Chung to succeed Mr. Holmes as the Chairman of WIG effective January 12, 2024.
