Wigton Windfarm Limited (WIG) has advised that further to Special Resolution, approved at the 2024 Annual General Meeting held on October 11, 2024, that the registered name of Wigton Windfarm Limited be changed to Wigton Energy Limited, the Registrar of Companies has approved the change of name, and the relevant Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name has been issued by the Companies Office of Jamaica. The new registered name, Wigton Energy Limited, will be reflected on the Jamaica Stock Exchange in due course.
