Wigton Windfarm Limited (WIG) has advised of the resignation of Mr. Dennis Chung as Chairman and Director of WIG and the resignation of Mr. Wayne McKenzie, OD as a Director of WIG effective June 1, 2025, and June 3, 2025, respectively.
WIG has further advised that in light of the resignation of Mr. Chung, the Board at its meeting held on May 31, 2025, elected Mr. Dan Theoc to succeed Mr. Chung as the Chairman of the Board effective June 2, 2025. The Board also resolved that the following changes be made to the named Board sub-committees:
- Dan Theoc be removed from the Audit and Risk Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee
- Omar Azan be removed from the Audit and Risk Committee and appointed to the Finance and Investment Committee
- Allison Philbert and Joseph Issa be removed from the Finance and Investment Committee and both appointed to the Audit and Risk Committee
- Allison Philbert be appointed the Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee.
