Wigton Windfarm Limited (WIG) has advised that the Board of Directors of Wigton Energy Limited at its meeting held on November 6, 2025, resolved that the following appointments be made to the named Board Sub-committees:
- Camille Facey be appointed to the Corporate Governance Committee and she serves as the Chairperson of the said Committee
- Horace Messado be appointed to the Audit and Risk Committee
- Tito Sanjurjo be appointed to the Finance and Investment Committee
