Wisynco Group Limited (WISYNCO) has advised that there will be a delay in the submission of its 2022 Annual Report. The Company anticipates that the annual report will be submitted by November 30, 2022. WISYNCO has also advised of the appointment of Mr. Sean Scott to the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer effective August 24, 2022.
