Wisynco Group Limited (WISYNCO) has advised that subsequent to a meeting of the Board of Directors of WISYNCO held on January 29, 2019, the Company has advised of the following:
A) Appointments to the Board of Directors (“the Board”) effective January 29, 2019:
1) The appointment of Mrs. Odetta Rockhead-Kerr to the Board as an Independent Director
2) The appointment of Mr. Joseph Mahfood to the Board as a Director Emeritus.
B) Changes to the Board’s Sub-Committees effective January 29, 2019:
1) Mrs. Odetta Rockhead-Kerr was appointed to the Board’s two Sub-Committees, the:
- Audit and Risk Committee; and
- Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee
2) Mr. Adam Stewart resigned from the Board’s Audit and Risk Committee due to professional responsibilities, which require his increased attention. WISYNCO further advised that Mr. Stewart’s decision is not as a result of any disagreement with accounting principles or practices.
