AMG Packaging and Paper Company Limited (AMG) has announced the sub-division of the ordinary stock units of the Company, to take effect from the opening of trading on Friday, 10 March 2017.
On that date, each ordinary stock unit will be sub-divided into five (5) stock units. This will not affect the overall market value of any holding of ordinary stock units, but the number of ordinary stock units held by each ordinary stock holder will increase by a factor of 5.
The Annual General Meeting of shareholders approved the necessary resolutions for the sub-division on January 19, 2017.  The purpose of the stock split is to facilitate greater trading in the ordinary stock units.
