Further to the Rights Issue Upsize Notice issued on September 11th, 2019, BIL wishes to advise that the 38,948,652 additional Ordinary Shares (i.e. up to 50% of the number of shares provisionally allotted to Shareholders pursuant to the Rights Issue) to be made available for allotment in the “upsizing” of the Rights Issue, will be allotted initially to Existing Ordinary Shareholders in proportion to the provisional allotments set forth in the Letters of Provisional Allotment (derived from shareholdings held by such Existing Ordinary Shareholders as at the Record Date (August 20, 2019).
