Dolphin Cove Limited (DCOVE) has advised that there will be a delay in the submission of its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2016. DCOVE has further advised that this delay is occasioned by the additional work involved in changing the functional currency from Jamaican to US dollars, and re-stating the figures for prior years, 2014 and 2015. DCOVE has committed to presenting the audited financials no later than March 14, 2017.
