Elite Diagnostic Limited (ELITE) has advised that a connected party sold 35,495,567 ELITE stock units during the period April 8 to 12, 2022, which represents 10% of the Company’s total issued stock units. ELITE has further advised that during the same period, a Director purchased 35 million ELITE stock units which represents 9.9% of the total issued stock units of the Company
