JMMB Group Limited (JMMBGL) has advised that a connected party sold 1,821,700 JMMBGL ordinary shares on November 17, 2022. JMMBGL has also advised that on October 24, 2022, final approval for the merger between Banco de Ahorro y Crédito JMMB Bank, S.A., and Banco Múltiple Bellbank, S.A. was received. Effective October 24, 2022, the merged entity was renamed Banco Múltiple JMMB Bank, S.A.
