Mayberry Jamaican Equities Limited (MJE) has advised that Mr. Alok Jain and Mrs. Janene Shaw were appointed as Independent Directors effective February 23, 2024. Mrs. Shaw and Mr. Jain were both appointed to the Audit & Risk Committee of the Board and additionally, Mr. Jain was appointed to the Corporate Governance Committee.
