Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited (SJ) has advised that two connected parties sold a total of 50,190 SJ shares and that another connected party purchased 43,190 SJ shares. These transactions were conducted on December 3, 2020. SJ has also advised that 5,000 SJ shares were transferred to eligible employees of the Company on November 27, 2020 under the SLJ Employee Share Purchase Plan.
