Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited (SJ) has advised that an Executive purchased 329,093 SJ shares on May 16, 2022 and that Executives sold a total of 401,093 SJ shares during the period May 13 to 16, 2022. Sagicor Group has further advised that the Trustee of the SLJ Employee Share Purchase Plan sold 4,000 SJ shares on May 11, 2022. This trade is pursuant to the SLJ Employee Share Purchase Plan rules to eligible team members.
