Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited (SJ) has advised that the Trustee of Sagicor Long-Term Incentive Plan sold 156,603 SJ shares to an executive on June 11, 2024. This trade relates to the exercise of stock grants pursuant to the Transfer of Stock Grants and Restricted Share Unit (RSUs) 2023. SJ has also advised that an executive and their connected party sold 8,000 SJ shares on June 11, 2024.
