Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited (SJ) has advised that on August 25, 2025, the following transactions were executed:
- The Trustee of the SLJ Employee Share Purchase Plan sold 1,252,804 SJ shares. The Company has further advised that this trade relates to the exercise of stock options pursuant to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan 2024.
- The Trustee of the Sagicor Long Term Incentive Plan sold 19,540 SJ shares to an Executive and their connected party. The Company has further advised that this trade relates to the exercise of stock grants pursuant to the Transfer of Stock Grants & Restricted Share Units (RSUs): 2023- 2024.
- An Executive sold 50,500 SJ shares.
