Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited (SJ) has advised that 49,000 SJ shares, held under the Employee Share Purchase Plan, were purchased by Employees of the Company. SJ has also advised that a former Executive purchased 36,199 SJ shares held under the Executive Long-Term Incentive Plan. These transactions were conducted on October 4, 2019.
