Special Advisory: Barita Investments Limited (BIL)

Barita Investments Limited (BIL) has advised that the Board of Directors’ has taken the decision to withdraw its Notice of a Rights Issue to Barita Shareholders, dated December 14, 2018. BIL further advised that an Extraordinary General Meeting of its Ordinary Shareholders will be convened on Thursday, January 17, 2019, at the Terra Nova Hotel, at 10:00 a.m., and the purpose of the meeting is to ensure that BIL’s minority shareholders will have an opportunity to contribute to the decision for a Rights Issue.
