EquityLine Mortgage Investment Corporation (ELMIC) has advised of the appointment of Mark Korol to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Mark has replaced Roman Raskin who will continue to consult with the EquityLine Group of Companies. Accordingly, Mark has resigned from the Board of Directors as an Independent Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee effective August 18, 2021. With this change, the Board maintains a majority of independent directors, namely three members from the management team and four independent directors.
