Jamaica Broilers Group Limited (JBG) has advised that an Extraordinary General Meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, passing the following resolution:
“That Ernst & Young of 8 Olivier Road, Kingston 8 in the parish of Saint Andrew be and are hereby appointed Auditors of the Company, in the place of PricewaterhouseCoopers, for the Company’s financial year ending May 2, 2026, and that the remuneration of the Auditors be such as may be agreed between the Directors of the Company and the Auditors.”
