GWEST Corporation Limited (GWEST) for the twelve months ended March 31, 2026 reported a 6% increase in Revenue totaling $283.90 million compared to $267.94 million in the corresponding period last year.

The tax charge for the twelve months ended March 31, 2026, amounted to $3.67 million, compared to a tax credit of $6.29 million reported in 2025. Net Loss for the twelve months amounted to $20.00 million, a 43% improvement from the $35.19 million reported in 2025.
Consequently, Loss Per Share for the twelve months amounted to $0.04 (2024: LPS: $0.07), while Loss Per Share for the quarter totaled $0.03 (2024: EPS: $0.008). The twelve-month trailing LPS was $0.04, and the number of shares used in these calculations was 484,848,485.
Notably, GWEST’s stock price closed the trading period on June 26, 2026, at a price of $0.54.
Balance Sheet Highlights
The company’s assets totalled $1.58 billion (2024: $1.66 billion). The movement in total assets was mainly attributable to an 18% decrease in right of use assets amounting to $239.77 million (2025: $294.06 million).
Shareholder’s equity was $647.80 million (2025: $667.86 million), representing a book value per share of $1.34 (2024: $1.38).
