Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) has advised that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on November 21, 2018, Mr. Kevin Donaldson was appointed to the Board of Directors to fill a casual vacancy. The JSE has further advised that Mr. Andrae Tulloch has been appointed Chief Regulatory Officer effective October 1, 2018.
