Board Appointments:tTech Limited (TTECH)

tTech Limited (TTECH) has advised of the following changes to its Board of Directors and Executive effective March 1, 2018:

  • Phillip Alexander is stepping down as Chairman but will continue as a Director
  • Edward ‘Teddy’ Alexander will become Chairman and step down as CEO
  • Christopher Reckord will become CEO and step down as Company Secretary
  • Gillian Murray will become the Company Secretary
