Barita Investments Limited (BIL) has advised that Mr. Ian McNaughton, Managing Director and Company Secretary, has resigned from the Company effective December 24, 2019. General Manager of BIL, Ms. Paula Barclay, will now assume the leadership of the Company’s operations. Mr. Jason Chambers and Mr. Matthew Hogarth have been appointed to the Board effective December 24, 2019 and January 2, 2020 respectively. Also, Ms Malindo Wallace, Group Legal Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, has been appointed Company Secretary of BIL effective December 24, 2019.
