Carreras Limited (CAR) has advised that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 25, 2018 the Directors declared an interim dividend of $0.16 per stock unit and a special dividend of $0.11 per stock unit to be paid out of accumulated profits on August 30, 2018 to stockholders as shown on the Register of Members on August 13, 2018. The ex-dividend date is August 10, 2018.
