JMMB Group Limited (JMMBGL) has advised that at a special meeting of its Board of Directors held on November 8, 2019, the Directors declared a dividend of Twenty-One Cents (21 cents) per ordinary share payable on December 20, 2019 to shareholders on record as at November 25, 2019. The ex-dividend date will be November 22, 2019.
