PanJam Investment Limited (PJAM) has advised that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on August 16, 2018, adopted a Resolution to declare a third interim dividend for the year 2018 in the amount of twenty-five cents ($0.25) per stock unit payable on September 21, 2018 to stockholders on record as at the close of business on September 3, 2018. The ex-dividend date is August 31, 2018.
