EduFocal Limited (LEARN) for the six months ended June 30, 2026, reported a 55% decrease in Revenue totaling $19.38 million compared to $43.16 million in the corresponding period last year, reflecting a deliberate shift away from lumpy project revenue toward contracted recurring revenue. Revenue for the second quarter had a 60% decrease to close at $5.27 million compared to $13.19 million for the comparable quarter of 2025.

Loss Before Taxation for the six months ended June 30, 2026, amounted to $4.03 million, relative to a loss of $816,307 reported in 2025. Loss Before Taxation for the second quarter amounted to $4.26 million (2025: profit of $523,454). No tax charge was incurred for the period under review.
As a result, Net loss for the six months ended June 30, 2026, amounted to $4.03 million, relative to a loss of $816,307 reported in 2025.
Consequently, Loss Per Share for the six months amounted to $0.01 (2025: LPS: $0.00), while Loss Per Share for the quarter totaled $0.01 (2025: EPS: $0.00). The twelve-month trailing LPS was $0.05, and the number of shares used in these calculations was 648,446,094.
Notably, LEARN’s stock price closed the trading period on September 21, 2026 at a price of $0.17.
Balance Sheet Highlights
The company’s assets totaled $200.12 million (2025: $230.95 million).
