Mayberry Investments Limited: – Basis of Allotment of Secured Bonds in Tranche III of the MIL Public Bond Offering

Kingston: Mayberry Investments Limited (“Mayberry”), issuer of the invitation for subscription of Secured Notes made subject to a prospectus dated of November 24, 2022 (the “Prospectus”), is advising that the basis of allotment has been determined for Tranche III of the Secured Bonds.

In accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Prospectus, the allocation is as follows:

Tranche III Applicants:

  1. All Applicants who successfully completed their applications for the Tranche III Secured Bonds by 2pm on Thursday, January 12, 2023, shall receive full allotment of their subscription.
