Mayberry Investments Limited (MIL) wishes to advise that its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2021 will be delayed due to constraints resulting from the impact of COVID-19 on their internal and external resources.

It is anticipated that the Audited Financial Statements will be submitted by March 31, 2022
