Sagicor Group Limited (SJ) – Update on Acquisition of AGIC

Sagicor Group Limited (SJ) has advised that Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited (SIJL) will take up a 60% share in the ownership of Advantage General Insurance Company Limited (AGIC) through an entity to be established and resident in Barbados with a foreign currency permit as a wholly owned subsidiary Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited.
