1834 Investments Limited (1834) has advised of a delay in the submission of its unaudited financial statements for the third quarter ended December 31, 2017. This delay is due to the engagement of a new accounting firm for the preparation of the Company’s financial statements. As a result, additional time was required to complete the transition. 1834 anticipates that the financial statements will be submitted by March 5, 2018.
