A.S. Bryden & Sons Holdings Limited (ASBH) has advised that Seprod Limited has elected to extend the closing date of the Offer detailed in the Take-Over Bid Circular dated May 1, 2025, to June 9, 2025, to allow further time for shareholders of ASBH to participate in the offer. ASBH has further advised that the offer will remain open for acceptance until but no later than June 9, 2025, at 8:00 a.m.
