Barita Investments Limited (BIL) has advised that Mr. James Godfrey, Director of Barita Investments Limited, did not seek re-election as a Director of the Company at its Annual General Meeting, held on Thursday, July 9, 2026. The Company has further advised that Director Godfrey also resigned as a Director of BIL’s subsidiary, Barita Unit Trusts Management Company Limited, effective July 3, 2026.
